Firestarter Coaching Offerings

Light the Match

Format:One 90-minute call, followed by a Firestarter Action Plan.

What it is:A powerful, focused session designed to help you gain clarity, work through a challenge, and identify your next steps.

Best for: Women who have one or two specific questions or challenges to work through and need actionable advide.

Fan the Flames

Format: Three one-hour sessions within the course of three months.

What it is: An intentional series of sessions for women who have more than a single question or challenge, who are looking to get clear on what they want, identify what’s holding them back, begin to take meaningful action, and build critical momentum with a trusted partner.

Firestarter
Intensive

Format: Six one-hour sessions over the course of three months, plus support between sessions via email.

What it is: A high-touch, deeply supportive coaching experience for women ready to build, grow, or fully step into their next chapter. The Firestarter Intensive is where real transformation happens, with sustained momentum, accountability, and trusted partnership.
